Daniel completed undergraduate studies at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, graduating with a double major in Government & International Politics, and Russian & Eurasian Studies. After working in government contracting in northern Virginia, he took a leap of faith and moved to Waco, Texas to attend Baylor Law School, a law school that focuses on producing trial lawyers. He graduated from Baylor Law School in the top 20% of his class, served as an editor on Baylor Law Review, and interned both in law firms and judicial offices. Throughout his undergraduate studies and for a portion of law school, Daniel served as an infantryman in the Virginia Army National Guard and the Texas Army National Guard. Since earning his bar license, Daniel has worked in both state government and private practice. Daniel decided to open his own practice in 2023 after working at other law firms that focused on family law. When not practicing law, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as supporting causes that he is passionate about. ​
